Welcome to Her Savvy Startup (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products, services, or programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all aspects of our business, including but not limited to:

Done-for-you digital products, PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resell Rights) bundles

AI tools, bots, and systems powered by OpenAI or other third-party platforms

Coaching services (one-to-one, group, or mastermind)
Memberships, programs, and other digital offers

2. Resale Rights and Usage

Any MRR product purchased from Her Savvy Startup may be used, rebranded, or resold in a way that supports your business growth and feels aligned with you.

If you resell or pass on resale rights, you must not charge less than the price you originally paid for the product. This protects the integrity and value of our ecosystem.

You are permitted to add your own intellectual property (such as additional modules, bonuses, branding, or resources) to any resale rights product you purchase, provided you maintain the resale rights conditions outlined here.

You may not claim copyright or original authorship over the base materials created by Her Savvy Startup.

2A. Your Content Studio Subscription Terms

Your Content Studio is a subscription-based membership operated by Her Savvy Startup that provides access to AI-powered content creation tools and resources designed to support women, mothers, and business owners in creating social media content more efficiently.

Subscription Access

Subscribers receive access to the tools, resources, and features currently included within Your Content Studio, as well as future additions, updates, or improvements that may be added over time.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, remove, replace, or update features, tools, content, or functionality at any time.

Free Trial

Your Content Studio includes a 3-day free trial period.

At the conclusion of the trial period, your selected payment method will automatically be charged unless cancelled prior to the trial ending.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial expires if you do not wish to continue with the subscription.

Pricing & Billing

The current subscription price is AUD $9 per month. All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice prior to any pricing changes taking effect.

Subscription payments are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation, access to Your Content Studio will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

Permitted Use

Your Content Studio subscription is intended for individual use only within your own personal brand or business.

Subscribers may not:

- share login access with others

- reproduce, copy, or redistribute the tools or resources

- resell or sublicense access to the subscription

- commercially exploit the tools outside permitted use

- claim the tools, prompts, systems, or resources as their own intellectual property

Any unauthorised sharing, copying, or misuse may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All AI tools, prompts, systems, templates, branding, resources, and materials provided within Your Content Studio remain the intellectual property of Her Savvy Startup unless otherwise stated.

Access is licensed, not sold, and no ownership rights are transferred to subscribers.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific social media, marketing, audience growth, business, or financial results from the use of Your Content Studio.

Results will vary based on individual effort, implementation, consistency, business model, and external factors.

Technical Issues

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that Your Content Studio will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We are not responsible for outages, software issues, third-party platform interruptions, payment processor issues, or technical failures outside our control.

3. No Guarantees of Results or Income

We make no guarantees regarding your results, income, or success. While our tools, strategies, and resources are designed to support business growth, your results depend on your own actions, effort, consistency, and market conditions.

Past results of other clients or users are not indicative of future outcomes.

Any financial examples provided are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered earnings claims.

4. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our Services may include mindset, manifestation, or personal development practices. These are not a substitute for:

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this zero-refund policy.

6. Technology & AI Disclaimer

Some of our AI-powered products are built on third-party technology (including but not limited to OpenAI’s ChatGPT). We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime, glitches, errors, or platform changes outside of our control.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are for educational and informational purposes only and should be used with your own judgment.

You accept full responsibility for how you use, implement, or rely upon AI-generated content.

7. Personal Responsibility

By using our Services, you agree to take 100% personal responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results. We are not responsible for your choices, behaviours, or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use (or misuse) of our Services.

You agree to hold harmless Her Savvy Startup, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All original materials, branding, frameworks, and content created by Her Savvy Startup remain the intellectual property of the Company.

You may use PLR/MRR content under the resale rights conditions stated above.

You may add your own intellectual property, which remains yours.

You may not remove or obscure original authorship claims of Her Savvy Startup or represent the original content as solely your own.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Summary:
You can use, rebrand, and resell our products to grow your business where MRR is mentioned in the product description. You can add your own personality and brand to them — but don’t undercut the price you paid, and don’t claim our original work as your own. We don’t guarantee results or income, we’re not doctors or financial advisors, and we don’t do refunds. If tech glitches, that’s outside our control. You are responsible for how you use our products. Everything is covered under Queensland, Australian law.
